Pre-employment Assessments

A pre-employment assessment measures an individual’s current physical capacity and limitations.  An assessment can be conducted on an applicant for a new position, or on your current staff as a baseline.

A pre-employment assessment may include:

  • Medical history
  • Blood pressure
  • Range of motion
  • Bending/stooping
  • Manual handling
  • Joint stability
  • Muscular strength/endurance
  • Aerobic capacity
